Commonwealth Legacy Scholarship Program
This scholarship was established in 2006 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) and to honor recipients of the annual Chancellor’s Award for Leadership in Philanthropy. This year’s scholarship is in honor of Mr. Steven and Mrs. Reta Rodgers, generous donors and Laurel Ridge Community College’s recipient of the 2023 Leadership in Philanthropy award.
