Fussell Family Endowed Scholarship for Warren County
This scholarship was established in 1998 by T. Carter Fussell in honor of his mother, a supporter of higher education. Mr. Fussell served on the Educational Foundation Board of the College from 1997 until his death in July 2000. Mr. Fussell had served as Vice-Chairman of the Board and was a member of the Executive, Investment, Membership, and 30th Anniversary Gala Committees.
The award will be divided equally between the fall and spring semesters. To be eligible to receive the award for the spring semester, you must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 in the fall semester. To be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must be enrolled as a full- or part-time student, be in financial need to complete or further their education, and be a resident of Warren County.
The scholarship will be awarded to students who meet the following criteria:
- Must complete a scholarship application
- Must be a full-time or part-time student
- Must reside in Warren County
- Must demonstrate academic merit by having and maintaining at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA
- Must demonstrate financial need
