Fred C. and Michele M. Fielding Scholarship for Health Care Professionals

The Fred C. and Michele M. Fielding Scholarships for Health Care Professionals was established in 2016 by Fred and Michele Fielding in gratitude for their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Fred and Michele have been residents of Page County for over 30 years, moving from Arlington, Virginia.

Fred and Michele believe that scholarships are critical to increasing the opportunities available to Page County students and encourages them to remain in the county with the prospect of above average wage potential. The Fieldings agree that the Health Care Professional curriculum not only affords benefits to the student but also the Page County Community that these health professionals may choose to serve.

The scholarship will be awarded to students who meet the following criteria:

• Must complete a scholarship application
• A full-time student is preferred, however a part-time student may be considered
• Enrolled in a program of study leading to a career in some facet of health care
• Satisfactory academic progress of a 2.8 GPA must be maintained in the fall semester in order for the recipient to receive the spring semester award.
• Financial need
• Resident of Page County
