Puskar Switzer Scholarship
The Puskar Switzer Scholarship Fund was established in 2011 by Catherine Puskar Switzer. The scholarship award may be applied toward tuition, fees and/or books and will be divided equally between two semesters. To be eligible to receive the award for the spring semester, you must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 in the fall semester.
The selected recipient must submit a 1-page essay explaining why they are applying for this scholarship or explaining the meaning of the phrase Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime.
The scholarship will be awarded to students who meet the following criteria:
- Must complete a scholarship application
- Must be a full-time or part-time student
- Must maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average
