Dr. Kathleen (KW) Wotring Scholarship Fund

The Dr. Kathleen (KW) Wotring Scholarship Fund was established in 2010 in honor of Dr. Kathleen (KW) Wotring. Dr. Wotring joined the College in 2003 as the College’s first Coordinator of Health Professions. As a registered nurse, she had served in hospital nursing leadership and in critical care prior to joining the College. She retired in 2010 as Dean of Learning for Business, Technology, Science and Health Professions.

The scholarship award may be applied toward tuition, fees and/or books and will be divided equally between two semesters. To be eligible to receive the award for the spring semester, you must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 in the fall semester.

The scholarship will be awarded to students who meet the following criteria:

• Must complete a scholarship application
• Must be a full-time or part-time student
• Must maintain at least a 2.5 grade point average
• Must be enrolled in a Business, Technology, Science or Health Professions program
