C.A. and Helen Powers Brill Endowed Scholarship

The C. A. and Helen Powers Brill Endowed Scholarship was established in 1995 by Dr. Byron A. Brill and Mrs. Betty Lumpkin in honor and memory of their parents. Dr. Brill was a member of the LFCC Educational Foundation Board from 1993 through 2008, serving as chair from 1999 until 2000. Dr. Brill has devoted many hours to numerous Foundation projects and his dedicated efforts have been instrumental in increasing the assets of the Foundation.
